Our Story

Generation Podcast was founded to explore what it means to be a twenty/thirty-something in the 21st century. Our generation has been thoroughly studied from the outside by marketers and researchers (often older than us), but there has been little exploration of our generation by our generation.

We grew up with Gameboys, AIM (AOL Instant Messenger), and Myspace. As teenagers we saw iPhones and Facebook come into existence. Many of us could divide our lives into pre-9/11 and post-9/11. We’re seen as the most entitled, tech-saavy, and connected generation in history.
